  • Support facilities management activities such as coordinating maintenance requests, tracking service schedules, and assisting with vendor communications.
  • Help collect, track, and report key performance indicator (KPI) data related to logistics, shipping, and operational efficiency.
  • Support order processing, fulfilment, and scheduling, ensuring alignment between production timelines, inventory availability, and shipment dates.
  • Help prepare and maintain order expenditure and cost-tracking reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records on department quality reporting and ensure all activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and data-tracking efficiency.
  • Support development and implementation of initiatives coordinated by the Operations Manager.

Operations Coordinator – Kearneysville (Job Ref: 26I/MDOC)

Location: Randox Laboratories, 515 Industrial Blvd, Kearneysville, WV 25430, United States.

Contract Offered: Full time (40 hours per week), initially a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with a view to becoming permanent.

Working Hours / Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

What does this role involve?

Responsibilities
