Job summary

Perfect Health USA is seeking a logistics and operations coordinator to support outbound customer and supplier communications, coordinate shipments, and handle documentation. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and collaboration with warehouses and laboratories.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and bring experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain within the food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industries.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers and suppliers.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, or operations preferred.
• Experience in food, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or ingredient industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to customers, suppliers, warehouses, freight companies, and laboratories.
• Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, production schedules, and delivery status.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and schedule pickups/deliveries with freight carriers.
• Communicate with warehouses regarding inventory and shipment preparation; resolve delays and transportation issues.
• Prepare and review documentation: Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, COAs, Packing Lists, Invoices, shipping docs; maintain electronic records.
• Proactively identify operational issues and coordinate solutions with suppliers and internal teams; escalate critical issues when necessary.
