Job summary

Disguise Technologies Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Los Angeles to oversee on-site operations across teams. You will be a connective tissue, supporting cross-functional initiatives and ensuring processes run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role is office-based, five days a week during business hours, reporting to the Procurement Project Manager. You will handle inventory, shipping coordination and case management for repairs, with a focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-first approach to problem solving and advocacy for the customer.
• Experience with business systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Understanding of international shipments, documentation and carriers.
• Knowledge of goods-in/goods-out processes and system-based tracking.
• Basic understanding of computer components and their functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal stock transfers and occasional travel to external warehouses.
• Receive, inspect and log goods; update inventory movements in systems.
• Oversee tracking/shipping of servers; monitor expenditures and report costs.
• Prepare and pack items for shipment with proper labeling/packaging.
• Manage monthly stock takes and Service Center inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Procurement to replenish stock when needed.
• Arrange/track loan equipment for Premium Support customers.
• Assist Service Center with case management and repair quotes.
• Work full-time in the Los Angeles office.
