Job summary

Buck Mason is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator in Los Angeles to oversee daily stockroom operations and lead the stock team, ensuring inventory flows smoothly and remains aligned with brand standards.

You will coordinate product deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records, and partner with store leadership to support sales goals, open new stores, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

• 1+ years of retail inventory management experience.
• Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments, organize inventory, and conduct regular counts.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and report discrepancies.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and support busy periods.
• Act as primary contact for a growing team of Stock Coordinators.
• Partner with Store Manager to align operational priorities with business goals.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager to support floor sets and replenishment.
• Support New Store Openings (NSOs) with inventory prep and training.
