Responsibilities

Manage daily operational activities for assigned customer accounts.
Monitor start-ship dates, delivery windows, order requirements, and customer deadlines.
Maintain accurate customer order records and provide status updates.
Coordinate with logistics partners and production teams to meet schedules.
Identify delays or risks and escalate promptly.
