Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Operations Associate to lead branch operations, manage inventories, and support customer service in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Training will occur at Grand Prairie for about six months with potential relocation within the Dallas/Ft Worth region.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with pay starting at $18 per hour and depending on experience. The role emphasizes routine tasks, accuracy, and adherence to safety and process standards while

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Trilogie a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Excellent decision making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act within established objectives and policies to achieve goals.
• Maintain inventories, conduct physical inventories, and complete day-to-day paperwork.
• Work with vendors to clear pricing discrepancies with Ferguson shared services.
• Facilitate customer credit memos with accuracy per guidelines.
• Perform WMS variance and cycle count reconciliation.
• Develop or implement quality control programs and efficiency improvements.
• Review invoices for pricing and freight costing accuracy.
• Oversee operation facilities to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment.
• Follow safety standards and participate in associate meetings.
• Support other areas as needed.
