Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Operations team member at our Grand Prairie, TX location. You will help lead daily branch operations, manage inventories, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate pricing and credits. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes a training period at the Grand Prairie site and opportunities to move within the Dallas/Ft Worth area based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Trilogie is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at a Ferguson branch site.
• Maintain inventories and physical inventories; handle paperwork.
• Collaborate with vendors and Shared Services to resolve pricing issues.
• Process customer credits in line with company guidelines.
• Support safety and quality control initiatives and housekeeping.
• Review invoices for pricing accuracy and freight charges.
