Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years sales experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel required, knowledge of Trilogie a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated/goal oriented.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Excellent decision making and communication skills.
• Knowledge of WMS/HighJump preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories and conduct physical inventories under supervision.
• Work with vendors and Ferguson shared services division to clear vendor pricing discrepancies.
• Facilitate customer credit memos with accuracy based on company guidelines.
• Perform WMS variance and cycle count reconciliation.
• Develop or implement quality control programs.
• Implement operational efficiency improvements such as standardization and safety.
• Review customer invoices for pricing and freight costing accuracy.
• Oversee facility safety and upkeep.
