Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, a Fortune 500 company, seeks an Operations Associate in Brookshire, TX. The role trains for ~6 months and may move within the Houston area. Typical duties include inventory control, vendor coordination, and processing customer credits, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–4pm. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $21.66 per hour and is eligible for bonus or incentive plans.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of WMS/HighJump preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories and perform physical inventories.
• Pair with vendors and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Process customer credits and ensure accuracy in billing.
• Manage WMS variance and cycle counts.
• Support safety and quality control programs.
• Contribute to continuous operational improvements.
• Review invoices for pricing/ freight accuracy.
• Ensure a safe, well‑maintained work area.
