Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Operations professional to lead branch-level day-to-day activities, ensuring accurate inventories, smooth vendor interactions, and effective pricing reconciliation.

The role supports safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction across locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills, with preferred experience in Trilogie or WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Ferguson experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated/goal oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time.
• Knowledge of Trilogie and Microsoft Excel a plus.
• Knowledge of WMS/HighJump preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act within established objectives and policies to accomplish goals.
• Maintain inventories and paperwork; conduct physical inventories.
• Work with vendors and Ferguson shared services to clear pricing discrepancies.
• Facilitate customer credit memos accurately per guidelines.
• Develop or implement quality control programs.
• Improve operational efficiency and safety where applicable.
• Review invoices for pricing, freight, and costing accuracy.
• Oversee facilities to maintain safe, clean work environment.
