Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring an Operations professional to lead and support branch activity, Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with six months of hands-on training at Grand Prairie and potential relocation within the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will manage inventories, work with vendors, process day-to-day paperwork, and help implement safety and quality programs.

Compensation starts at $18/hour with experience; range $15.00–$20.63; bonus eligible; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel required; knowledge of Trilogie a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to multi-task; strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories and conduct physical inventories.
• Work with vendors and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Process day-to-day paperwork and ensure accuracy in invoices.
• Support safety, quality programs and process improvements.
• Provide good customer service and effective communication.
