Lignetics, Inc. in JAFFREY, NH is seeking an Operations Coordinator for an immediate full-time position. The role oversees office functions tied to plant operations and reports to the Regional Operations Supervisor.

Strong organization, communication, and multitasking are essential. Key responsibilities include PO controls, invoicing, vendor coordination, HR support, safety committee participation, and inventory management using Bellwether and Sage 300.

Qualifications

• Above average skills in communication both oral and written.
• Above average skills in organization and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team and effectively manage through others.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel & Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Previous experience in manufacturing office and accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Controls and management.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager on purchases.
• Manage open purchase orders in Bellwether.
• Complete PO and Invoices in Bellwether.
• Provide 3-way match to Corp. drive.
• Review account coding and documentation.
• Human Resource coordination and onboarding support.
• Participate on the plant safety committee.
• Receive and document incoming raw materials.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable Clearing accounts.
• Update finished goods inventory in Sage 300.
• Manage truck scale operations and inbound/outbound shipping docs.
• Support month-end close procedures for finance and AP.
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions.
