Responsibilities include purchasing controls, accounts payable, inventory updates, and HR support. Ideal candidates excel in organization, communication, and teamwork within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing office and accounting context.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all office functions related to plant operations.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager on purchases and approvals.
• Manage open purchase orders in Bellwether PO Software.
• Process POs and invoices in Bellwether; provide 3-way matching.
• Review account coding and support HR functions.
• Participate on the plant safety committee.
• Update raw materials, inventory, and finished goods records in Sage 300.
• Support finance on month-end close procedures and AP/receiving activities.
