Univar Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate SAP ERP transactions, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and support plant operations. You will work closely with Operations Managers to drive daily activities, from inventory control to documentation and compliance, across a team focused on efficiency and safety.

The role emphasizes experience with SAP, warehouse operations, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to maintain order fulfillment and regulatory

Qualificações

• 2–5 years experience managing transactions through SAP ERP system.
• High School Diploma required.
• Degree in Operations Management, Accounting or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience within the Chemical Industry or other highly regulated field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute transactional activities in SAP ERP and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate storage locations, picks, and production scheduling.
• Maintain and review documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and Supervisors to ensure plant efficiency and compliance.
