Job summary

Idlogistics in Vacaville, CA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the execution of the operational excellence plan. This role oversees cross-dock shifts, schedules inbound/outbound freight, and ensures on-time delivery through effective yard and door management.

You will monitor load planning, maintain safety and GMP practices, and coordinate with clubs to maximize efficiency. Great attention to detail and teamwork are required in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Self-motivated with a positive approach to assigned tasks.
• Team player who follows written and verbal instructions.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for long periods of time.
• Experience using RF technology, data entry systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: SAP, ERP/MRP, and various warehouse management systems.
• Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily controlling and expediting inbound/outbound freight flow and overseeing loaded breakdown.
• Project number of loads shipping to each club daily.
• Review appointment schedules to unload on premises within two hours LOS.
• Coordinate trailer movements using Yard Management System.
• Ensure labor coverage matches daily workload.
• Utilize systems for process design, planning and reporting efficiency.
• Organize daily product movement to support receiving/shipping efficiency.
• Meet customer deadlines for receiving and shipping inventories.
• Observe safety rules and report noncompliance when observed.
