Job summary

ID Logistics US in Vacaville, CA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the operational excellence plan by supervising a cross-dock shift and ensuring efficient, compliant freight flow. You will coordinate inbound/outbound loads, manage appointments, door assignments, and labor coverage, utilizing RF tech, Excel and ERP systems to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience using RF technology and data-entry systems.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP/MRP and warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control and expedite the daily flow of inbound and outbound freight; supervise loaded breakdown activities.
• Coordinate trailer movements using Yard Management System and assign doors.
• Ensure labor coverage matches daily workload and that appointments are unloaded within two hours LOS.
• Utilize systems to plan, design, and report processes; organize daily product movement for receiving/shipping.
