Roadway Moving is seeking a Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse and moving operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead staff, coordinate dispatches, enforce safety standards, and use CRM/work orders to track jobs.

This role is based in San Francisco and requires strong communication and analytical skills. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse or logistics, forklift experience, and proficiency with CRM/work order platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or logistics, preferably in moving/household goods.
• At least 2 years of forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital work order platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including inventory control, organization and safe loading/unloading.
• Coordinate dispatch of moving teams, vehicles and drivers based on daily schedules.
• Train, supervise and evaluate warehouse and moving team performance.
• Use CRM and work order systems to assign, track and close jobs.
• Report performance metrics and operational updates to management and HR.
