Penske is seeking an Operations Coordinator in El Paso, TX to complete branch administrative processes, support operational efficiency and profitability, and provide superior customer service. The role reports to the Branch Financial Manager and involves coordination of accounts, fleet operations, and data-driven process improvement.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with pay of $19.50 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and financial administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and adhere to schedule.

Aufgaben

• Oversee accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts to support centralized function.
• Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing and resolve issues to support customer service and branch profitability.
• Complete Fleet Service activities including licensing, permitting, and vehicle processing; coordinate external vendor support.
• Perform process analyses and reviews in billing, reports, credits, citations, accounts receivable, licensing, and other areas; propose improvements using Qlikview/AS400.
