Job summary

• Monitor the MaintainX queue and all Operations request channels throughout the workday.
• Dispatch requests to Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, IT, or Fleet staff or approved vendors based on trade, site, and urgency.
• Acknowledge every incoming request within a 24-hour response standard and communicate estimated response times.
• Track open tickets through to closure and escalate requests exceeding resolution windows.
• Maintain the Operations compliance calendar for licenses, permits, inspections, and fleet records.
• Assemble compliance documentation for audits and regulatory requests.
