Hammer Media, the team behind Caleb Hammer and the Dollarwise platform, is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to help streamline day-to-day operations, fulfillment, and cross-functional work across a fast-growing startup.

You will support multiple teams, solve operational challenges, and contribute to scalable processes while maintaining high energy and collaborative culture in East Austin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, customer success, or a similar role.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without direction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and bias toward action.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and keep work moving forward across multiple teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and commitments are met
• Plan and coordinate team events, office lunches, offsites, and other employee experiences
• Manage fulfillment of cookbooks and other physical products, partnering with vendors for timely, accurate delivery
• Support the Customer Success team by tracking down answers, coordinating with internal teams, and improving documentation and processes
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and operational workflows to keep the business organized
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to support day-to-day operations
• Handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks that keep the company running efficiently
• Jump into any and every project and operational challenge as the business grows and evolves
• Organize and rally cross-functional teams to execute special projects and company initiatives
