Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, ABA, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred/required.
• Previous operations experience in ABA centers, healthcare, or fast-paced service environments.
• Experience with insurance portals or billing processes a plus.
• Strong scheduling, data tracking, and documentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CRM and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily staff and client schedules, including call-outs and cancellations.
• Monitor hours to meet company guidelines and minimum guaranteed hours.
• Help optimize schedules and staffing for efficient center operations.
• Answer inbound calls and follow through on requests to resolution.
• Audit session notes and timesheets for accuracy.
• Assist with billing and center supply ordering as needed.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and track completion.
