The role emphasizes KPI tracking, budgeting, community engagement, and team leadership across 25–50 staff, with strong collaboration with Clinical Directors and department leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or significant leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs and clinic budgets; monitor team performance and outcomes.
• Develop strong connections with families; guide onboarding and engagement.
• Lead 25–50 teammates; coordinate monthly/quarterly events and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Director and department leaders to improve operations quality.
