Job summary

Thrive Behavior Centers in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help keep our ABA center running smoothly, efficiently, and with the culture and level of service our employees and families deserve.

You’ll be the operational problem-solver for your center—managing schedules and supplies, coordinating repairs, supporting systems and processes, and ensuring details don’t fall through the cracks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, ABA, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred/required.
• RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily staff and client schedules, including call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, time-off requests, and cancellations.
• Monitor staff hours and scheduling to ensure company guidelines and minimum guaranteed hours are met.
• Help optimize schedules and staffing to keep the center operating efficiently.
• Answer inbound calls and make sure questions and requests are followed through to resolution.
