Job summary

Thrive Behavior Centers in Willow Park, TX, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep the ABA center running smoothly. You’ll manage staff and client schedules, coordinate repairs, and support systems to ensure timely, high-quality care for families.

This role rewards attention to detail, problem solving, and clear communication as you collaborate with Clinical, HR, Admissions, Billing, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, ABA, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Experience in ABA center or fast-paced service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the Day Moving: manage daily staff and client schedules, call-outs, late arrivals, and cancellations.
  • Audit session notes and timesheets for accuracy.
  • Assist with billing as assigned.
  • Maintain center supplies and inventory.
  • Identify and coordinate facility repairs with vendors.
  • Coordinate with Clinical, HR, Admissions, Billing, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
