Roofing Talent America (RTA) is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Chicago, IL office. You will act as the central hub between customers, field crews, project managers, and vendors on live commercial roofing projects, coordinating schedules, service calls, and field activity to keep jobs on track.

The role offers exposure to operations, service, and project delivery, with opportunities to grow into greater responsibility within a stable, full-time in-office position.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in office management, operations coordination, or construction administration.
• Experience coordinating schedules, crews, or service operations.
• Strong organizational skills across multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable working with field teams, vendors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, service calls, and field activity across multiple jobs.
• Serve as central communication link between field teams, project managers, vendors, and customers.
• Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance to keep projects on track.
• Track warranties, documentation, and job records for accuracy.
• Support invoicing, payroll, and overall office operations.
• Move projects from start to completion without delays or communication breakdowns.
