You will lead site visits, manage costs, and coordinate with sales, production, and office teams to drive profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in roofing, construction, or project management.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Experience scheduling crews and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, and project documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with CRM and project management software preferred.
