What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage shipments from pickup through delivery
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Track freight and provide proactive shipment updates
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointmentsResolve transportation and service issues in real time
• Support carrier sourcing and capacity management
• Maintain accurate shipment information in company systems
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and customer service initiatives
• Help ensure Magna delivers exceptional service to customers every day
