Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation seeks an in‑office Ops Coordinator in Arcade, GA to oversee delivery, installation and removal of modular buildings, coordinating with internal teams, vendors and customers.

You will handle light accounting, billing, documentation, quotes, and backend charge processes, while supporting Sales and Operations with accurate, timely information. A proactive, energy‑driven professional is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with partners, vendors and customers.
  • Provide timely information and direct support to sales, vendors and customers to coordinate movement of equipment.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers.
  • Manage projects using company systems and adhere to policies.
  • Run reports to meet deadlines and customer needs.
  • Negotiate with customers and vendors to settle differences while maintaining relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

A Day in the Life

As an Ops Coordinator we are looking for a highly motivated individual to effectively coordinate and logistically oversee the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers. This role will also perform a variety of administrative tasks including light accounting/billing, document retention, quote documentation/approval and the back‑end charge process in support of our Sales and Operations departments.

What You’ll Do
  • While maintaining a people‑focused approach, you will meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers by gathering customer information and ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Effectively provide timely information people need to know to do their jobs; providing direct support to sales, vendors and customers to coordinate movement of equipment.
  • Communicate on a technical and professional level while interfacing with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers clearly and succinctly in writing or verbally.
  • Use systems, tools, and informal methods effectively to manage each project to completion while properly adhering to Company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and run reports to ensure deadlines of the business and customer needs are met.
  • Negotiate skillfully with customers and vendors to settle differences or conflicts effectively; win concessions with customers without damaging relationships.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Prior logistics experience.
  • Accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of AI as it relates to operations coordination, logistics, and modular building management is a plus.

  • Extended periods of time sitting and working on a computer.
  • This role is an in‑office position based in Arcade, GA. Candidates will need to reside in this area.
