• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, feedback, and mentorship.
• Drives store performance through budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensures customer service standards using OBW/service model and resolves issues.
• Hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties to hourly associates.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders and promote continuous learning.
