Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Ensure customer service standards and use the OBW service model to resolve issues.
• Drive store financial performance by managing PL statements, budgeting, and expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales goals.
• Supervise hourly associates, set expectations, and promote a culture of belonging.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support plans and initiatives and measure progress.
