Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams through training and feedback.
• Oversees store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and expenses for the store area.
• Drives sales and controls shrink.
• Ensures compliance with policies and promotes ethics and integrity.
