Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Operations Coach to lead daily production operations across Exterior, Interior, Shipping, Pre-Finish, and Receiving in a fast-paced millwork facility. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while developing high-performing teams.

The role requires coordinating staffing, production efficiency, and continuous improvement with accountability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations across assigned areas (Exterior, Interior, Shipping, Pre-Finish, Receiving).
Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while developing high-performing teams.
Ensure optimal staffing, production efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and reallocate resources as needed.
Maintain accurate production reporting and SAP data entry.
Coordinate cross-training and resolve production issues promptly.
Enforce PPE and safety standards; ensure equipment readiness and repairs as needed.
