Job summary

Four Daughters Millwork LLC seeks an experienced Production Foreman to lead daily on the production floor of our architectural millwork facility. You will coordinate workflow, coach the shop team, and partner with the Plant Technical Manager to maintain quality and resolve challenges.

The role requires 7+ years in architectural millwork, 3+ years in leadership, and strong skills in reading drawings, safety, and continuous improvement. The position is full-time on site with competitive benefits.

This role works closely with the Plant Technical Manager to keep projects moving efficiently, maintain exceptional quality standards, solve production challenges, and coach and develop our shop team.

Education and Experience:

• 7+ years of architectural millwork manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of custom millwork fabrication.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating production workflow.
• Associate degree in Carpentry, Cabinetmaking Technology, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent hands‑on experience will be strongly considered.
