The Bernard Group is seeking a Production Manager for the Millwork team. You will lead Supervisors and staff, partner with Project Managers to convert client ideas into on-budget, on-time deliverables, and drive workflow improvements to maximize quality and efficiency.

You will mentor teams, manage hiring and training, uphold safety and corporate standards, and strive for excellence in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment.

• Ensure safety and maintain corporate standards across the team.
