Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of supervisor/leadership experience in a production environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven positive leadership ability and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety.
• Collect and forward safety, quality, production, attendance, and training data.
• Develop and implement methods to reduce waste and improve quality and performance.
• Oversee area safety, equipment maintenance, and staffing.
• Provide feedback and manage performance of direct reports.
