Job description

Job Purpose

Operations Clerk provides clerical and administrative support to various Operations Support functions within the Operations Support Jurisdictional Departments. All other duties typically assigned to this role are included.

Key Accountabilities
  • Perform clerical work and related duties for any Operations Support Jurisdictional Department as assigned.
  • Handle and process all internal customer requests via face-to-face meetings, correspondence, telephone, or other applicable technology.
  • Execute clerical functions using computer programs (including but not limited to STORMS, PLM, ARCOS, PeopleSoft, PORD, Microsoft Office).
  • Travel to other platforms to perform clerical work as required by the Company.
Qualifications
  • Operate office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Type approximately 25 words per minute.
  • Communicate effectively and pleasantly with department staff, internal, and external customers.
  • Be proficient in filing, office procedures, and capable of handling routine clerical responsibilities.
  • Pass accepted clerical standard tests.
  • Acquire sufficient knowledge of Company policies and practices to maintain various forms, records, and reports.
  • Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: May be required to work during heavy activity periods and emergency situations.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with no restrictions on hours of operation.
