We are seeking a proactive and organized Travel Planning Assistant to support our travel advisors in coordinating and managing client travel arrangements. This remote role involves handling booking logistics, communicating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring that all travel details are accurately maintained. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and passionate about delivering excellent support in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in researching travel options including flights, hotels, transportation, and packages
Support the preparation of client quotes, itineraries, and documentation
Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and gather necessary travel information
Coordinate with travel suppliers to ensure accurate and timely reservations
Maintain organized records of client interactions, payments, and travel arrangements
Respond to basic travel-related questions and escalate complex requests as needed
Monitor deadlines, booking statuses, and special client requests
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, travel coordination, or administrative support preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
