What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update the onboarding tracker with Background Check results for Local Commerce Service Partners (LCSPs)
- Create profiles for new hires within the Dasher platform
- Offboard terminated LCSP employees efficiently
- Review and investigate potential delivery issues to identify root causes
- Assist LCSPs with driver dispatching through the designated portal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with third-party logistics or delivery services
- Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Proficiency in using administrative tracking systems or software
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
