Job summary

Comfort Medical in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Business Operations Project Manager to bridge frontline operations and strategic initiatives. You’ll build relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, and keep projects on track while focusing on tangible improvements.

You’ll lead end-to-end improvement programs with Order-to-Cash, IT, and leadership teams, gather requirements, map processes, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years’ equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading operational improvement in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and change management for new processes, systems or technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale operational improvement efforts focused on business process optimization and technology adoption.
• Manage multiple improvement projects through full lifecycle from planning to close.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within defined constraints.
• Serve as liaison between operations and IT to deliver effective solutions.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
