Caring for Others seeks an Executive Operations Project Manager to drive high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives and support the executive team’s operational infrastructure. You will manage projects, systems, documentation, and logistics to keep the organization moving forward.

The role requires strong project management, data governance, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset, with exposure to HIPAA standards and healthcare operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive operations, project management, or strategic support roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Monday.com; familiarity with business intelligence tools; knowledge of AI/automation is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong documentation, SOPs, and workflow governance skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating complex logistics, travel, and multi-location support.
• Commitment to HIPAA practices and data integrity in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional executive initiatives from planning through execution.
• Design and manage executive dashboards, reporting tools, and BI systems.
• Research and implement AI and automation to improve efficiency and scale operations.
• Serve as Monday.com SME — manage workflows, automations, and adoption.
• Govern internal data, SOPs, and operational documentation for consistency.
• Manage executive calendars, travel logistics, and briefing materials.
• Support new branch launches, expansions, and event coordination.
• Lead change management to ensure systems and documents are updated organization-wide.
