Job summary

Tactile Medical, a company specializing in at-home therapy devices, seeks an Order Operations Supervisor to lead an Order Operations team in Minneapolis. You will coach staff, monitor productivity and quality, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and efficient order processing.

Responsibilities include developing metrics, managing workflow, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of team leadership or healthcare order processing experience.
• Strong coaching and performance management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence and engage teams.
• Ability to analyze performance data to drive productivity and quality.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning new systems.
• Compliant with HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an Order Operations team to ensure timely, accurate processing of patient orders.
• Coach and develop staff through onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor metrics to improve productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Manage daily workflow, staffing, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development planning.
• Create and maintain standard work and process documentation.
• Resolve escalated issues with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Education, Compliance, Quality to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
