• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Understanding of fund operations or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Review, test, and support implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and operational process changes.
• Support project management activities including tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Assist with rollout of new tools, workflows, and processes, including testing and documentation.
• Analyze operational workflows and recommend automation or technology-based solutions.
• Produce periodic performance, productivity, and operational reporting.
• Communicate project updates and operational changes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
