Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst in Denver to support the day-to-day delivery of asset servicing across corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax-related processes.

You will interpret event notices, handle elections, perform reconciliations, resolve breaks, and liaise with internal teams and external providers while supporting audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across the full spectrum of Asset Servicing, including corporate actions processing, elections, and income processing.
• Experience with corporate action platforms, proxy systems, and SWIFT messaging standards.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team within a financial services or asset management environment.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• A strong sense of teamwork and a consistent focus on meeting client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax events.
• Interpret event notifications and supporting documentation.
• Support voluntary elections and ensure timely responses.
• Perform reconciliations, validations, and exception management.
• Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing.
