What’sActuary in our Finance Division?The Actuarial Department ensures that Wellmark’s products are adequately priced to meet financialgoalsand reserves areestablishedto cover Wellmark’s unpaid claim liabilities. Actuarial team members create models and perform analyses to support pricing,reservingand forecasting functions. The evolving health insurance environmentprovidesteam members opportunities to develop andutilizetheir actuarial skill set and technical knowledge.
