A Day in the Life
Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise a team of two or more employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Participate in trainings to enhance team skills and capabilities and maintain updated knowledge of equipment, services, and policies
Operational Management
- Oversee branch processes for timely equipment delivery and pick-up, ensuring operational efficiency
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service, listening and responding to our partners' equipment needs
- Uphold a climate of professionalism, including the use of company uniforms at all times
Logistics and Inventory Management
- Manage medical equipment inventory, storage and maintenance
- Load, secure, and carefully transport life-saving medical equipment to and from hospitals, adhering to company policies and safety standards
- Help service, ship, and receive equipment in the branch warehouse
- Maintain company vehicles
Administrative and Compliance Duties
- Input and maintain accurate digital records and prepare regular reports on customer orders, equipment maintenance and inventory tracking, and track key performance metrics
Coordination and Communication
- Collaborate with customers and company sales representatives, logistics, customer experience and other department team members to coordinate equipment deliveries and pick-ups and support for our healthcare partners
Additional Responsibilities
- Travel periodically
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications Education/Experience
- One or more years of managerial experience in medical equipment rental operations
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Outstanding listening, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure in a hospital environment

Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
- Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical
- Own a valid driver's license
