As Branch Manager II, you lead a high-volume branch (annual revenue $5M+) and ensure consistent financial performance, compliant operations, and reliable patient service. You are accountable for branch strategy, execution, and results.

• Partner with Sales to strengthen relationships and expand market share.
• Direct daily functions across customer service, distribution, and respiratory services.

Midday is often spent on cross-functional coordination—checking in with Sales on active opportunities, confirming timelines, and removing operational barriers. You stay visible on the floor, validating that documentation, safety practices, and facility readiness meet expectations. The day typically ends with follow-ups on escalations, progress on branch initiatives, and planning for tomorrow so the team can execute with clarity and consistency.
