Job summary

HME Specialists in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a Branch Manager II to lead a high-volume operation. You will own the branch P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure compliant operations, and deliver reliable patient service.

You will supervise a team, set workflows, coordinate with Sales, manage inventory of durable medical equipment, and promote safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen in a healthcare environment.

Scope of the Role
As Branch Manager II, you lead a high-volume branch (annual revenue $5M+) and ensure consistent financial performance, compliant operations, and reliable patient service. You are accountable for branch strategy, execution, and results.

A Typical Workday
Your day starts by reviewing prior-day performance dashboards and prioritizing what needs attention—service levels, open issues, and financial checkpoints. You meet briefly with team leads to align on staffing coverage and ensure handoffs between the front office, warehouse, and clinical areas are smooth. Midday is often spent on cross-functional coordination—checking in with Sales on active opportunities, confirming timelines, and removing operational barriers. You stay visible on the floor, validating that documentation, safety practices, and facility readiness meet expectations. The day typically ends with follow-ups on escalations, progress on branch initiatives, and planning for tomorrow so the team can execute with clarity and consistency.
