Job summary

Quadax, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a supervisor to coordinate department activities and oversee staff. The role starts with a 3-month in-office training period at either Milan or Middleburg Heights, OH, then shifts to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote) each week.

You will supervise teams, conduct reviews, and drive process improvements across client billing operations. Requirements include a four-year degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of staff management experience, and strong Excel/Word

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of staff management in a business environment.
• Experience working with software and systems.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people.
• Proven coaching and retention of high-performance teams.
• Strong communication of initiatives and objectives to staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise department work assignments and staffing.
• Monitor work lists to meet Turn Around Time; adjust staffing as needed.
• Conduct staff meetings including onshore and offshore members.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss processes and billing issues.
• Conduct monthly quality audits for staff to meet SOPs and targets.
• Measure productivity against established targets.
• Supervise staff according to policies and provide coaching.
• Review timesheets and monitor overtime.
• Develop staff in resolving complex billing issues.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for staff.
• Assist department managers in planning tasks and resources.
• This position is remote or hybrid at management discretion; occasional in-person meetings.
• Represent the department in the Manager’s absence.
