Job summary

Vibee, founded by Live Nation and Insomniac, seeks a Business Operations Coordinator based in Las Vegas to support our operations team with BI development, data reporting, and cross-functional process improvements.

You will build and maintain Metabase reporting tools, streamline data workflows in Excel/Sheets, and collaborate with multiple departments to drive operational efficiency and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Metabase, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google App Scripts, and SQL is essential.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• BI Tool Development & Management: Create and manage customized reporting tools using Metabase.
• BI Tool Development & Management: Consult with departments to assess needs and implement solutions.
• BI Tool Development & Management: Continuously optimize BI tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Business Operations Reporting & Audits: Create and maintain operational reports, audits, and checks using Metabase, Excel, and Sheets.
• Business Operations Reporting & Audits: Support regular data analysis to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Business Operations Reporting & Audits: Develop and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Project Management & Deadline Support: Help manage timelines and deadlines across departments.
