Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in analytics, business systems, process improvement, automation, project management, or related disciplines.
• Advanced Power BI development experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and visibility into performance.
• Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Lead automation projects and manage third-party development partners.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of system and process issues.
• Coordinate efforts between operations, IT resources, and vendors to deliver solutions on time.
